Wordoku: Sudoku leaves numbers behind and adds a fun word twist
Sudoku puzzles date back to 2000 BC with their origins in China.
“Wordoku” is simple a variation of sudoku using letters instead of numbers. The twist is that the letters have to spell a word in one direction on the grid. Could be vertical. Could be horizontal. Due to this little twist, wordoku puzzles aren’t created automatically with push a single button software. (Or push ten buttons either)
Because the creation isn’t automated, and takes tons of time, the competition is low compared to the traditional number versions.
