In this meditation, there is a big focus on being present in the moment. It will guide the listener through paying attention to their breath, noticing their various thoughts without judgment, and further grounding themselves in the present.

The meditation audio itself is a little over 10 minutes in length, and it combines both a voiceover with a very beautiful but extremely subtle ambient bed of music.

The script itself is well over 400 words. It starts out preparing the listener to get into a state where they can focus on the meditation, and then progresses through various forms of mindfulness practices.
