Description:
In this particular meditation, we place emphasis on cultivating a sense of gratitude and appreciation. It guides the listener towards reflecting upon things in their life that you may be grateful for, which can range from the smallest pleasures to the most significant blessings.

The meditation audio itself is a little over 11 minutes in length, and it combines a gentlly spoken voiceover with a mesmerizing but ambient background of music.

The script itself is upwards of 410 words. It kicks off by nudging the listener towards finding a peaceful place whether physically or somewhat mentally so that they can tune into the meditation.
