Within this specific meditation, the focus is centered around being more aware of one’s breathing and patterns of breath. This can help to slow things down and provide a “sacred” pause of sorts. It steers the listener towards to observing the rhythm, depth, and patterns of their breath, helping to foster a deep sense of relaxation.

The guided meditation full audio is slightly over 11 minutes in length, and it combines the usual soft spoken voice with a tranquil ambient-influenced bed of chords from a synthesizer.

The script itself is upwards of 400 words. It starts out by encouraging the listener to find a peaceful place so they can completely focus on the meditation. After that, it brings awareness towards breath patterns, feeling the breath, counting the breath, exploring pauses, centering oneself, utilization of gratitude, and deepening the relationship with relaxation.
