Description:
Perhaps one of the more unique styles of meditation, this is based around visualization of numerous colors and pairing them to one’s aura and body. It guides the listener into visualizing different colors, each associated with certain feelings or energies, to evoke specific emotional responses and promote healing.
The complete audio clocks in just over 10 minutes in length, and it merges both the gently spoken voice with a laid back subtle ambient atmosphere of chords produced by a synthesizer.
As for the script, it spans a little over 430 words. Beginning by suggesting the listener find a quiet or serene place to practice the meditation. Next, it asks them to visualize the colors of the rainbow while relating them to various chakras or elements of one’s body. There’s emphasis on connecting with the sensation and energy of these colors and helping to blend it with the listener.
There’s about 70 seconds on average between each guided meditation vocal clip, which allows the listener the time to properly visualize the color and let it submerge their consciousness.
