Screw taxing it....I mean is caffeine taxed? No it's not, and cannabis clearly has less risks than caffeine use. There are no terms for the surrender of the prohibitionists, I say absolutely surrender with no terms. Yeah our economy is in shambles but that doesn't mean we gotta punish the cannabis plant which did no wrong to begin with. Either way, legal cannabis would help our economy.

Ron Paul is the only canidate who would legalize pot and end this insane drug war. He would also stop the inhumane imprisonment of non-violent drug offenders

chesshole, you are correct. Too much sugar will give you diabetes, obesity, tooth decay and more. Pot will make you sleepy and hungry if you do a lot, plus pot has many medicinal properties as indicated in this video while sugar is only used in medicine to make the awful taste better. The differences are too vast to list them all, yet both sugar and pot are good in their own ways.We need total legalization of cannabis.
