Hey there,

the trick to regular traffic is a no brainer its search engine traffic. You need to get your site indexed and ranked well you can do this by optimizing your page for certain search engines.

A friend of mine write a book on how to do this I suggest you check it out it might teach you somthing.

He got his page #1 on all the major search engines for " Make Money" And Make Money Online" you can only imagine what kinda cash he makes on auto pilot.

Okay here is one:

What is your site about?

What keywords or keyword phrases are relevant to your site?

When you answer these questions you could do some research on your keyword and write articles based on these phrases or get someone to write it for you.

Submit these articles to article directories like Ezinearticles.com, Goarticles.com etc – there are many of them.

Some of these article sites rank to the top of the search engine and hundreds of people sometimes thousands can see your article and click thru to your site. The best thing is that it is a totally free way to get a lot of traffic.

If you are into internet marketing there is a section on the CYN forum where you can get advice from big name internet marketers on Traffic Strategies.

The forum also allows you to show an ad which you can use to market your site or you can upgrade and get up to 5 ads and other benefits. Once again free traffic.

You can also edit your signature with a link to your site(s). This has generated a constant stream of traffic to sites that I promote as an affiliate and again its free.

This is one way, by answering questions in yahoo and putting your site in the bottom as a reference. Make sure you answer relevent questions that have some relation to your site. Another good way is to post articles into sites as Ezinearticles.com and Goarticles.com. In the bottom you can reference your site as resource. Check out Stumbleupon.com site that let’s you recommend sites.
I just discovered an awesome affiliate report that can give you some great ideas by someone who does quite well. This guy is good. I have a blog entry in my marriage blog regarding the Affiliate Project X report.
