The Truth About Outsourcing

The information in the discussion is gleaned from 15 years of outsouring experience and teaches how to avoid the pitfalls of being a provider of outsourcing services and how to do it realistically and efficiently;
If you have to get a team of outsourcers to work with you, then Traci and Tina discuss the right way of managing the outsourcers.

To support their discussions are the flowcharts of the process and a list of tools required to manage the projects effectively.

There are also checklists to provide to clients to enable the service provider to do the job. I find that the checklists are too brief. I believe most enduser clients are not tech-savvy and need more explanation of the details required by the service provider. Perhaps a glossary explaining the terminology would be helpful.

So far the checklists only address basic site setup and moving sites; I hope that lists of site optimization and promotion will be added to the WSO.

The templates for client agreements are helpful in setting out the terms and conditions for a business transaction.

In all, I believe that the information in this WSO gives sufficient detail for the prospective novice service provider to start getting paying clients the right way.
