The WSO does not depend on whether you belong to the Amazon affiliate program. It uses Amazon to find products, not to sell them. Of course if Amazon is supported then you can also sell on Amazon. Else, you can head over to Commission Junction or some other affiliate network (and I have shown in my WSO as an addendum how to find other affiliate programs, although that it not the main WSO and it is very easy to do) and sell from those programs.
