Has anyone out there taken a photography course (class, internet, ebook, book, etc.) that they recommend to an amateur photographer who wants to go pro? The course must include advanced photography techniques, marketing and running a photo business, preferably with Canadian relevance.
If you’re planning to start a business, you should really take a few businesses courses or at least read some books on starting a business. And since your specialty is going to be photography, something you probably already have some experience with, you just need to tailor the specifics of that field into what you’re learning.
I did find an online course that might interest you, though it’s not based in Canada.

And there’s another one here that might be of interest:

Now, I haven’t taken either of them myself, but just based on the outlines they seem like they could be useful. There’s also a couple of good articles here that might help:

I’d also suggest you spend sometime hanging around photography forums, especially those that are geared towards people who want to be professionals. You’re going to get a lot more value from a variety of people with practical experience than you will from a single course. This look like good ones to consider:

There are also plenty of books on the subject at Amazon, but I’d suggest checking those other resources first to see if you can’t come up with some good recommendations.
Good luck!!

Car rentals have become widely known. These are for people who still can’t buy a personal car. Of course people travel a lot and some see that it’s practical to just rent a car than commuting. Instead of paying for the fair, they are more willing to just pay it as rent and have the car.
